       Successfully developed international advanced high-end precision injection molding machine by innovation, 18 different specifications with clamping force ranging from 50t to 4,000t, and the precision and other key indicators are approximately 1 fold higher than other international advanced level.
       The self-cleaning enhanced heat tran**ission device is the first device that adopts unit rotor combination enhanced heat tran**ission technology;
       Novel polymer PVT characteristic online measurement and control technology and device. This team created specific-volume micro-measurement method, and inventedpolymerinvented polymer PVT online measurement method and device which is higher than the international level, and built up the first engineering plastic PVT database of China.
       Found a new approach for polymer product micro-nano manufacturing. The innovative team invented the new methods and new equipment of melting-body differential injection, differential electrostatic spinning, and differential nano laminated composite molding.
       Created giant tire ultra-width rubber extrusion molding equipment, and developed international advanced simulation system, by which China realized independent manufacture of full series of giant engineering tire and achieved annual economic benefits of over RMB 2 billion.

       Revealed the mechani** of unbalanced filling of precision injection molding multi-impression mould and the law of polymer product injection molding skin-core structure filling by using the visualized experimental method injection molding, and established the corresponding theoretical model.
       In recent 5 years, the team published more than 200 journal papers, of which 30 were collected by SCI, over 60 collected by EI, and quoted by others for more than 80 times; and compiled 10 Chinese and English works (including 1 English book), and 3 translated books. The team owns 72authorized invention patents (165 applied for), 75 utility models, and 6 PCT international patents.
       The team established electronic journal of Innovation Team of Advanced Polymer Processing which aims at introducing the progress of scientific research in this field and the knowledge of frontier technology and providing industry information and consulting services to enterprises.
