On June 5th, the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering held the fifth Counselor Quality and Competence Enhancement Salon in Room 408 of the Mechanical Building. The event specially invited Mr. Xiao Yong to conduct a training session on "Official Document Writing". All the counselor teachers of the college attended the training， and the meeting was presided over by Ren Feng.
Xiao Yong started his lecture by emphasizing that official documents are important tools for "assisting governance through writing", and they must adhere to five key principles: accurate positioning, standardized format, rigorous structure, practical content, and clear logic. He then systematically expounded on the core points of official document writing. The lecture revolved around the three-stage growth path of official document writing, explaining the advanced logic of official document writing, analyzing the applicable scenarios of the abbreviated names of the issuing authorities, the combination rules of the three elements of the title, and the structural design of "introducing the background in the preface, elaborating in points in the main body, and summarizing and elevating in the conclusion".
In the interactive session, Xiao Yong exchanged and discussed with the teachers the confusion in the writing of daily official documents.
This salon is an important part of the "counselor quality capacity enhancement plan" carried out by the college party committee, with the aim of improving the writing ability and administrative management ability of counselors and teachers. In the future, the college will continue to tap excellent resources according to the actual needs of counselors, build a diversified training system, and promote the professional and expert construction of counselors, providing strong support for the implementation of the New Era Lide and Cultivation Project.
