This 'Enterprise Visit and Position Expansion' initiative is one of the key measures the College has taken to seize the golden period of spring recruitment and promote high-quality and full employment of graduates. It also serves as the primary research channel for expanding cooperation between the College and local areas, and for optimizing and revising the talent cultivation plan. In the future, the College will further organize and update the employment records of graduates, provide targeted employment guidance and support, and actively explore employment channels through teachers, alumni, social enterprises, and research cooperation units. By understanding corporate needs and identifying job opportunities, we aim to accurately match graduates with suitable positions, thereby fully promoting higher quality and more comprehensive employment for our graduates.
