The School of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering conducted an employment promotion initiative titled 'Enterprise Visits and Position Expansion' in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province

      From March 18th to 20th, Ren Feng led a team to Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, where they visited several employers including Huale Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., Shaanxi Gongji Blower (Group) Co., Ltd., Shaanxi Tiance New Material Technology Co., Ltd., Shaanxi Yanchang Jingwei New Material Industrial Park Co., Ltd., Shaanxi Coal Chemical Industry Research Institute, and Shaanxi Chemical Research Institute. They actively implemented the specific requirements of the school's action plan for visiting enterprises to expand job positions and promote employment, fully utilizing alumni and cooperative enterprise resources to broaden employment channels, explore job opportunities, and strive to ensure high-quality and full employment for the graduates of 2025.

During the visit, the employment team of the College conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions with relevant enterprises on employment needs, construction of practice bases, personnel training and scientific research cooperation, held discussions and exchanges with graduates of our school in enterprises, and investigated and collected opinions and suggestions of enterprises and alumni on our school's personnel training work and training program revision. During the visit, the employment team of the college visited the laboratories, research and development centers and product display centers of relevant enterprises under the guidance of enterprises.

This "visiting enterprises to expand the post" is an important measure for the college to seize the golden period of spring recruitment and promote high-quality full employment of graduates. The "visiting enterprises to expand the post" action has also been strongly supported by the Shaanxi Alumni Association of our school. In the future, the College will further sort out graduates' job search intentions, dynamically update the "employment account", and carry out point-to-point employment assistance and guidance for graduates. At the same time, through teachers, alumni, social enterprises and scientific research cooperation units, it will explore employment channels, understand the needs of enterprises, tap employment positions, and accurately connect graduates with enterprises. We will make every effort to promote more adequate and higher quality employment for our graduates.
