The College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering held a high-end mechanical equipment digital twin technology forum in the Science Hall of the East Campus On the afternoon of April 25 2024. Dr. Huang Zhixin, the technical director of Anshiya Taibei District and expert of digital twin laboratory, and Gao Zhenchao and Li Xi, general Technology Department of Suzhou Tongyuan Soft Control Information Technology Co., LTD., gave an academic report. The Secretary of the Party Committee of the College Yu Hongjie, and more than 300 teachers and students of the college attended the forum, and President Wang Weimin presided over the forum.
With the title of "Simulation-based Digital Twin Realization of High-end Equipment", Dr. Huang Zhixin elaborated on the five-level maturity model of digital twin system, from preliminary digital image to highly integrated and intelligently optimized digital twin, focusing on high-fidelity simulation technology, ubiquitous acquisition and transmission technology and efficient fusion analysis. Gao Zhenchao and Li Xi, thoroughly analyzed the core concept and application value of digital twin technology, elaborated on the construction、evaluation、management and other stages of equipment digital twin, and shared successful cases and experiences in the construction of digital twins, which provids strong technical support and guidance for the digital transformation of enterprises.
During the forum, the teachers and students had a warm interaction with the keynote speakers.
