On the morning of October 29, 2019, Yuejin Yuan, deputy dean of the College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Shaanxi University of Science and Technology, led a delegation of three to our college and had a discussion on the development of process equipment major and student training. Hongjie Yu, deputy dean of our College, Professor Chenghong Duan, director of the Department of Process Equipment, and teacher representatives from process equipment department attended the discussion.
At the meeting, on behalf of our College, Yu expressed her warm welcome to the colleagues from brother university, and introduced the basic situation of the college. Deputy Dean Mr. Yuan introduced the basic situation of the College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Shanxi University of Science and Technology, and put forward some specific questions on the student training and major development. Jianhua Hu, director of process equipment major introduced their certification received in 2018, and especially the preparation, writing and other details of the certification self-evaluation report. Professor Chenghong Duan shared experience on process equipment major development and the revision of student training plans.
Through exchange and study, both parties expressed that they had gained a lot and would further strengthen exchanges and mutual assistance, enhance friendship and make progress together.
