In order to deepen the themed education of “remaining true to our original aspiration and keeping our mission firmly in mind” and guide the graduate student party members to stick firmly to their ideals and conviction and hold their mission in mind, according to the arrangement of the CPC Party Committee of the Mechanical Engineering College, Professor Weimin Yang, Deputy Party Secretary, Dean of the College delivered a party lecture to the graduate students themed “remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind, strive to becoming a good youth in the new era” at the invitation of the Party Branch of Graduate Students of the Mechanical Engineering College. The lecture was hosted by Feng Ren, Deputy Party Secretary of the Party Branch, counselor of Graduate Students of the Mechanical Engineering College. Over 70 student party members attended the lecture.
Professor Weimin Yang firstly shared the senses of safety, happiness, gain and pride brought to the people by the rise of the People’s Republic of China from the perspective of a teacher party member; secondly interpreted the meaning of original aspiration and perseverance mentioned by President Xi Jinping according to President Xi’s addresses and experts of his discussion on “remaining true to our original aspiration and keeping our mission firmly in mind”; thirdly, ****yzed the importance of this themed education with cases; last but not the least, requested all graduate student party members to stick to the original aspiration and mission of “seeking happiness for the people, realizing the great rejuvenation of Chinese Nation”; and take this themed education as an opportunity to establish great goals, shoulder the historical mission, learn professional knowledge well, keep enhancing the capabilities and practical skills, build a strong will and contribute to the Chinese Dream of Great Rejuvenation of Chinese Nation.
This lecture is an important part of the themed education of “remaining true to our original aspiration and keeping our mission firmly in mind” organized by the Party Committee of the Mechanical Engineering College at primary level party branches, and the implementation of the themed education by the Party Branch of Graduate Students of the College. Through the lecture, the graduate student party members deepened their understanding of the thought of “remaining true to our original aspiration and keeping our mission firmly in mind”; and the College aimed to inspire to stick firmly to their belief and mission and strive to promote the recruitment quality of graduate students.
