Elementary Courses Faculty of the Mechanical Engineering College organized the teaching staff to watch of the Military Parade Celebrating the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of the People’s Republic of China
October 1, 2019 marked the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of the People’s Republic of China. It’s a big day. The grand military parade was made on Tiananmen Square to demonstrate the great achievements made by our Chinese nation and the national pride of our Chinese people. All people watched or listened to the parade through different ways. In the railway station waiting halls, military camps, university campuses, communities, etc., people were celebrating this event everywhere. Teachers of the Elementary Courses Faculty of the Mechanical Engineering College watched the parade together.
The parade demonstrated the prosperity, mightiness and dignity of our country and the happiness and confidence of our people, and proved that we could not have such good life without the sacrifice of the martyrs to the revolution. We should remember the history; inherit the revolutionary spirit; march on the “Long March” of this age; remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind; transform patriotic passion into the inexhaustible impetus of work; learning the party spirits continuously; and contribute to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese Nation. Impressions of Process Equipment and Control Engineering No.1 Sub-branch after viewing the military parade
October 1, 2019 marked the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of the People’s Republic of China. On that day, the grand military parade was held in Beijing attracting worldwide attention. All party members of Process Equipment and Control Engineering No.1 Sub-branch watched the parade and shared their impressions afterwards.
The parade was a grand event with a scale surpassing the past. We had a senior commander who is over 60 years old. The heights of the soldiers were strictly controlled. After rounds of selection, we had such a successful parade. 15,000s soldiers attending the parade and the advanced weapons demonstrated the boom of our country.
All the teachers experienced the greatness of China and the pride as a Chinese after watching the parade, and also felt how hard it is to win today’s safe and happy life. They also felt extremely proud of the growth and prosperity of China.
Lastly, all the party members expressed that through watching the parade together, their passion, as a Chinese, as a party member and as a teacher of Beijing University of Chemistry Technology, was inspired; and would devote more to the education and research work, and contribute more to the development of the university and our nation.
News release of Process Equipment and Control Engineering No.2 Sub-branch on the military parade
In order to celebrate the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of the People’s Republic of China, party members of Process Equipment and Control Engineering No. 2 Sub-branch watched the Grand Rally, the Military Parade and the Mass Parade for Celebration of the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of the People’s Republic of China.
At the Grande Rally, President Xi Jinping said, “Today, a socialist China is standing in the east of the world. And there is no force that can shake the foundation of this great nation; no force can stop the Chinese people and the Chinese nation forging ahead.” President Xi also stressed, “on our journey forward, we will uphold the leadership of the Communist Party of China (CPC), ensure the principal status of the people, stay on the path of sociali** with Chinese characteristics, and fully implement the Party's basic theory, line and policy. We should constantly meet people's aspirations for a better life and make new historic achievements.” Over 15,000 people participated in this parade. 160+ different types of aircrafts and 580 sets of equipment were demonstrated. It’s the largest-scale parade in Chinese history. DF41, WZ10, H20 and other advanced equipment were shown.
As science researchers, the staff were all passionate and emotional after watching the parades and all thought that the new-type weapons and equipment shown on the parade reflected the huge progress of science and technology of China, and are the concentrated the efforts of technological researchers generation after generation and results of the long-term hard work of them. We should remain true to our original aspiration, keep our mission firmly in mind and make unremitting efforts to construction of our mother nation.

All members of the Party Sub-branch of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Automation watched the Grand Rally to Celebrate the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of the People’s Republic of China with excitement and passion. They were inspired by President’s address. President Xi said that over seventy years, the Chinese have been united as one people. And through hard work and perseverance, we have scored unparalleled achievements. Today, a socialist China is standing in the east of the world. And there is no force that can shake the foundation of this great nation; no force can stop the Chinese people and the Chinese nation forging ahead. China yesterday is already engraved in the history of mankind. China today is created by hundreds of millions of hard-working Chinese. And China tomorrow will be even more prosperous. The Party, the Army, and the people of all ethnic groups must be more firmly united, remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind. We must continue to consolidate and develop this people’s republic, and continue our struggle to achieve the Two Centenary Goals, and to realize the Chinese dream of our national rejuvenation.
The military parade is magnificent. The upright postures, uniform steps and firm glazes of the soldiers fully demonstrated the spirit of our military. The army, navy and air force paraded, and presented advanced equipment. “The tide of iron” manifested our powerful military force.
The mass parade is touching and inspiring and reminded of the hardship our country has gone through. We felt the magnificence and glory of our country and the mission of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation on our shoulders.

On the morning of October 1, 2019, all teachers of the Plastic Machinery Institute watched the Military Parade and Mass Parade celebrating the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of the People’s Republic of China at home. They listened to President Xi Jinping’s address and were highly inspired. They watched the military parade of 15 foot formations and 32 armament formations, and the mass parade with the participation of 100,000 people and 70 floats. The “Creation” float organized by teachers and students of Beijing University of Chemistry left a deep impression in every teacher’s mind. After watching the cerebrating event, all the teachers were proud of and inspired by the huge progress made by China in the past 70 years, and wish our great nation more prosperous!
Activity III under Themed Education of “Remaining True to Our Original Aspiration and Keeping Our Mission Firmly in Mind” Organized by Theory Center of the Mechanical Engineering College
According to the arrangement of themed education of “remaining true to our original aspiration and keeping our mission firmly in mind” by the CPC Party Committee of the Mechanical Engineering College, the Theory Center of Mechanical Engineering College organized the third activity centered on the themed education in the morning of October 12th in 211 Meeting Room of the Mechanical Building. They learnt the important addresses of President Xi Jinping at the “Remaining True to Our Original Aspiration and Keeping Our Mission Firmly in Mind” Themed Education Meeting and the 15th Collective Learning of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the CPC. Leaders of the Mechanical Engineering College attended the activity. The activity was hosted by Bing Zhang, Party Secretary of the College.
The activity was composed of three sessions, introduction, discussion and summary.
Mr. Bing Zhang read the speeches, and then leaders of the College discussed and exchanged their ideas. Lastly, the leaders reported their insights and implementation plans based on their different duties.
At the summary session, Mr. Bing Zhang summarized the learning activity and clarified the learning task of the next stage. All the leaders discussed that in the next stage, based on the previous learning, we should make special research and investigation and rectify the existing problems. The leaders also said that the themed education program should be proceeded in strict accordance with the time schedule to guarantee efficient and timely implementation of every task.
