At present, he mainly engages in the research and application of health monitoring of centrifugal compressor and other equipment, high-efficient design, failure mechani** and fault diagnosis methods, remote real-time monitoring diagnosis system research and development, automatic diagnosis expert system research and development, and the research and engineering application of specialized administration and intelligent maintenance. He was responsible for the National 973 Program and National 863 Program, ever participated in multiple key projects of National Natural Science Foundation, key scientific and technological projects of National "11th Five-Year Plan", engine pre-research project, etc, and undertook the design and development work of Phase 1 and Phase 2 of Remote Diagnosis Center of PetroChina. He has published more than 50 academic papers at home and abroad, of which 6 were collected by SCI and 15 by EI. He invented 2 patents, and won 1 special award of provincial and ministerial level, and 1 third prize for national safe production advancement award.
