Course Information
Learning Goals and Objectives
By teaching to:
1.Improve the students’ self-confidence to create business, foster their awareness of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial competence.
2.Make the students master the six basic stages of entrepreneurship: establish entrepreneurial ideas; conduct market ****ysis; institute management plan; raise business startup funding; build business; sales and marketing, equip students with the theory and practice of start-up and the whole process management of the **all business.
3.Make the students master the details, practical, pragmatic ways to write business plan.
4.Make the students grasp the knowledge of enterprise choice, employment, decision, response, risk taking, character and so on.
Course Content and Requirments
1.Entrepreneurship and Employment(2 credit hours )
Principal Points: several stages of entrepreneurship; ponderation before starting an undertaking
Requirement: master the six stages of entrepreneurship; understand the psychology and ideological preparation before starting an undertaking.
2.How to choose entrepreneurship projects (4 credit hours)
Principal Points: the principles of entrepreneurship projects selection; methods for project evaluation.
Requirement: learn how to choose entrepreneurship projects suitable for oneself and master the methods for commercial evaluation by ****yzing market demand.
3.How to institute business management project in the first instance (2 credit hours)
Principal Points: composition and the specific contents of the management plan.
Requirement: With the establishment of enterprise management tenets and characteristics to develop an appropriate management plan.
4.How to institute the application form (4 credit hours)
Principal Points: the planning function and financing function of the application form.
Requirement: master the meaning and structure of the application form; learn to develop their own application form.
5.How to raise enterprise fund(4 credit hours)
Principal Points: ways of raising enterprise fund; state policy on entrepreneurial finance; estimation of start-up capital; ****ysis of payback period and breakeven.
Requirement: know the financing channels and the favourable terms decided by government of start-up loan; grasp the method to calculating business start-up capital.
6.How to avoid risk of investment(2 credit hours)
Principal Points: finance risk 、information risk
Requirement: understand various kinds of risks faced by entrepreneurs, establish the awareness of risk, grasp the methods and measures of avoiding risk of investment.

Course Descriptions: | This course teaches students some basic knowledge of entrepreneurship. Through the study of the course, students can understand the basic process ,operation and management of entrepreneurship, which will provide the way for problem solving in the future during the business process. Major themes concluded in the course: ①How to choose entrepreneurship projects;②How to institute business management project in the first instance;③How to institute the application form;④How to raise enterprise fund;⑤How to avoid risk of investment;⑥How to lead entrepreneurial team;⑦How to start the initial marketing management;⑧How to do the initial financial management well;⑨How to start early customer management. |

Requirement: understand the basic concepts of financial management; ****yze the enterprise reporting correctly; know the procedures and cost for a business to come into the market.
10.How to start early customer management(2 credit hours)
Principal Points: differentiation in management between enterprises; approach of customer satisfaction survey and measurement.
Requirement: know the importance of enterprise management differences; grasp the approach of customer satisfaction survey and measurement.
11.Enterprise startup (2 credit hours)
Principal Points: the naming, Site Selection, registration of enterprise
Requirement: know the simple procedures of an enterprise from naming to the final establishment.
12.According to information provided by teachers to write a complete application form (4 credit hours)
Assignment
There is once assignment at the end of each unit, which requires the written of a written project by searching for information and the discussion at the next class.
Results of assignments account for 50% of course grade. Handing in late or missing assignment will affect the asses**ent of the assignment.

Weight asses**ent of results: assignment account for 50%, terminal application form written account for another 50%.
