This course is the last important step for the engineering undergraduate teaching.Each Graduate student have a subject,which can be a design or a thesis.Under the guidance of teachers, students required to complete all aspects of the work independently, and participate in graduation topic reply.

Learning Goals and Objectives
  Bachelor's Thesis is a important teaching step to achieve the undergraduate train target.It plays a very important role in improving the students’ creative spirit and practical ability and overall quality; it is a important process to deepening and updrading the students’ knowledge; it is a comprehensive summary and test to the students’ learning,research an practical ability; it is a important basis in the studens’ Graduation and Degree Certification.
Through the Graduation Project (Thesis) training, the aim is to train the college students to multy apply the basic theory, technical base and professional knowledge ; is to train the students access and use of standards, specifications, materials and reference books of capacity; is to train the students design calculations, drawings , testing, writing technical papers and ****ytical problem-solving problems. Equip students with the scientific spirit of theory with practice and responsible attitude, and establish systems, global and economic point of view.

Course Content and Requirments
1, The demands of the topics
   (1) According with the professional training objective to meet the basic demands for education;
   (2)Students should be integrated and used the knowledge to access more comprehensive training, eliminate the phenomenon which use the student as a simple labor and allow using more in-depth study of special topics for Bachelor’s Thesis.
   (3) The topic should consistent with social development, science and technology needs and further increase the proportion of the topic called “Doing the real topic truthfully ”which combined with engineering practice.
   (4) The difficulty of topic should be appropriate. Meeting the basic requirement in ensuring the premise of teaching and teaching students in accordance of their aptitude so that most students can complete the requirements of the subject content for graduation designThesiswithin the specified time and also make a few good students to get a better training and exercise.
   (5)Topics should be done with some new, advanced and pioneering;
   (6) Pay attention to develop the foreign languages and the computer applications ability.
2, Specific requirements
The Topic of Design
(1) The translation of the English literature
Requirements: English literature are at least 20,000 printing character, not less than 5,000 words translation.
(2)Design Drawings
Drawings should not be less than 2 total number which zero size chart. Drawings should be consistent with relevant national standards.The surface should be clean and correctly expression.
(3)Design Manual
Requirements: No less than 40 pages, including cover, the design plan, in English and Chinese summaries, directories, introduction, literature review, body, conclusion, references, notations, thanks and appendices. Literature summary should not less than 1000 words, including documents of Foreign Languages and Literatures no less than five. Written format should follow the school requirements.
The Topic of Thesis:
(1)The requirements of English literature are the same as graduation design.
(2)The workload of paper and design classes should be equivalent. The instructor predominate the details.
(3) Including the cover, the design plan, in English and Chinese summaries, directories, introduction, literature review, body, conclusion, references, notations,thanks and appendices. Literature summary should not less than 1000 words, including documents of Foreign Languages and Literatures no less than five. Written format should follow the school requirements.

Assignment

    1, Test in the following main parts 
1) whether the better knowledge of the subject's basic theories, professional knowledge, and basic skills; 
2) whether have the basic ability to engage the scientific research work or undertake preliminary technical work capacity; 
3)whether complete the required tasks independentely in time; 
4) the quality and creativity  in graduation project (thesis); 
5)the ability of independent access to knowledge, broad capabilities and comprehensive ;foreign language level; computer skills; 
6) study attitude, scientific literacy, discipline, attendance, etc.. 
2, the respondent 
   Students should participate in team defense committee or the respondent to reply be in time and place .Respondent group from 3 to 5 teachers, student’s respondent result is given by each teacher based on the student’s performance in the respondent. 
   To be as good (Thesis), or the student who haven’t finish the bachelor’s thesis well,in principle,should have to participate in college-level public respondent.After achieving students may be selected to participate in the public university respondent, and submit a 1000 word profile about the bachelor’s thesis. 
3, asses**ents, 
After students complete the Graduation Project (Thesis) mission, within the prescribed period, referred to the guidance of teachers and marked by teachers; respondent result given by the respondent Board (group) which given in reply. Results of the three parts of the system in accordance with percentage given percentage were: 40% of the instructor; reader were 30%; answer 30% success.
