The educational objectives
Through studying this course, the students understand and know systematically national security-related laws and regulations, and are familiar with the chemical industry-related laws and regulations as well as the monitoring system, and establish new ideas that the safety is based on a mature law, and enhance safety professional quality and level .
This course is focused on cultivating students’ professionali** and professional qualities.
At the same time, students are inspired to think deeply about existing laws and regulations and the monitoring system, try to find terms or procedures unreasonable or should be improved, put forward their own ideas or suggestion.

Part one Lalor laws (eight periods)

This course is not yet temporarily established experimental teaching.
Homework
During the teaching, teacher will arrange and hand in homework at least four times. At least a large -scare homework can be divided into groups will be decorated and the results will be recorded to the final total score.
Your homework results and the asses**ent in the class are 50% of the total grade. Late or lack of exercise frequency should be less than 40% of the total number of homework, otherwise it will affect the final results of asses**ent.
Students or student is promoted and encouraged to discuss homework with their teacher, but ultimately they must finish assigments independently, copying or copy others' homework is against the academic morality, the students whose action is serious will be requested school students with discipline committee to deal with.
Finishing your homework carefully will be very helpful for you to grasp the teaching content and gain good grades in the quizzes and the final exam. In the test papers of the final exam may contain the homework assignments or similar topics .
Testing mode
It is mainly on the examination and the usual asses**ent, its aim is to evaluate the learning quality and effect of students as objective and strictly as possible so as to improve their basic quality of professional foundation.
Students must answer independently in the class-ending examination , any cheating will lead to the school students with discipline committee to deal with.
The form of the class-ending examination can be flexible decided by the teacher. Teacher need inform students specific exam time and place at least one week early.
Achievement evaluation
Evaluation system usually takes five grades, the usual performance and the comprehensive class-ending exam are each 50% of the course grade.
