PhD, currently serves as a professor and PhD supervisor in Beijing University of Chemical Technology, and concurrently acts as a member of China Plastic Machine Industry Association, an expert of China Plastics Processing Industry Association, a member of SPE, a member of PPS and a member of Society of Advanced Molding Technology, among others. In 2007, he graduated from Beijing University of Chemical Technology and achieved the PhD degree in chemical process machinery. In 2013, he was elected to take part in the Talents Program of Beijing Municipality. During 2013-2014, he was acting as a visiting scholar sent by Chinese government to Ohio State University of the USA, mainly engaged in the study on "Polymer Processing Principle and Equipment" which is an inter-discipline of mechanical engineering and advanced manufacturing. In the recent 5 years, he chaired and participated in more than 20 scientific research projects of National Natural Science Foundation and National Sci-Tech Support Program, and made a number of innovative achievements. He has successively won 1 award for National Science and Technology Progress, 8 awards for provincial and ministerial science and technology; and 2 projects have passed the provincial and ministerial appraisal. He has obtained more than 60 patents authorized by the state, including 29 invention patents; published about 200 papers, 35 of which were collected by SCI/EI; made over 20 reports on domestic and overseas academic meetings upon invitation, and published 5 academic monographs.
