Master, Research Fellow and PhD Supervisor. He has been engaging in the research on plastics engineering and polymer molding, processing and engineering technology. His main research fields include: high-end polymer processing technology and equipment, polymer matrix composites strengthening and molding, etc. His main achievements include extra-high molecular weight polyethylene product technology and equipment, wood-plastic composite and product molding technology and equipment, among others. As a project leader, he has successively undertaken more than one hundred of projects, e.g. the science and technology support programs for the state's "8th Five-Year Plan", "11th Five-Year Plan" and "12th Five-Year Plan", the backbone teacher funding program of the Ministry of Education, the science and technology program of Sinopec, the National Natural Science Foundation program, enterprise commissioning program, etc. He has published more than 100 papers; won 4 national, provincial and ministerial Science and Technology Progress awards, and obtained more than 10 authorized invention patents.
