Magnetic grease seal
Seal principle:
Magnetic fluid will remain in the strongest area of the magnetic field when the magnetic fluid (magnetic grease) receives the action of magnetic force acting in the magnetic field (free of external force). Under the action of external force, the location and shape of magnetic fluid will change and leads to changes in the magnetic field. The balance between magnetic force and external force makes the magnetic fluid remain at a new balance state.

Main advantages:
The shear strength of magnetic grease is increased greatly under the action of magnetic field. It, as a whole, seems that the entire rotation axle is enveloped by elastic rubber which forms a sealing ring insulating the air and ensures leakage prevention.
It features little abrasion and long service life. It serves long if only the lipid radicals of magnetic grease are not volatilized, and magnetic grease can be supplemented.
Such seal is free of contact of mechanical parts, and the abrasion is **all due to lubrication grease there between.
Ultra radial and axial run-out amount. Sealing can also be realized even the clearance between the rotation axle and pole piece is big. It's not sensitive to the clearance, and thus seal can be realized irrespective of big clearance or big change in clearance.
